Mount Mosor divides the Central Dalmatia coast from the hinterland, and the largest part of its northern slopes is located in the Dugopolje municipality. Cattle used to graze on the mountain pastures and people used to chop firewood there, whereas today people mostly enjoy recreational activities and go hunting to the mountain. Not far from the Šatorak site, the Chapel of the Croatian Martyrs was built in 2013. Every year in September, the Ljubljan Croatian Hiking Club from Dugopolje organises the pilgrimage and hiking to the Chapel, followed by a relaxing lunch after Mass has been celebrated. The guests of the Ljubljan Croatian Hiking Club include hiking clubs from Split and its surrounding area. It takes about one hour to hike to the Chapel of the Croatian Martyrs.
